At HOLY OFFICIAL, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, we will inspect the garment and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
